Sarasota Jumbo Mortgage Update

Good news for home buyers in Sarasota wishing to obtain a jumbo mortgage. 30 year fixed rates are down to 6.25% with 1 point origination and 20% down. If you put 30% down or more rates are even lower. 30% down on a jumbo mortgage can currently get you a rate of 6% with 1 point origination. Actual rates are based on income, debt to income ratio, loan to value ratios, and credit score. 3/1 and 5/1 ARMS are also available at low rates. The lower the loan to value the lower your rate will be. If you put 30% down on a 3/1 ARM the rate is 4.875% with 1 point origination. Rates are subject to change at any time until they are locked.
